Refund policy

At Gusciowavii, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and original packaging included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Because many of our collections are produced in limited quantities and offered through pre-orders, all pre-order, custom, personalized, gift card, and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing designbyguscioo@gmail.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim. If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
