Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume.

Pre-Order Items

Many Gusciowavii collections are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are produced after the ordering window closes and typically ship within 6–8 weeks. Estimated shipping timeframes are provided for convenience and may vary due to manufacturing, quality control, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Gusciowavii is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Gusciowavii is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been marked as shipped. If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country's customs authorities.
